An interactive flat panel is a large 4K touchscreen that replaces both the projector and the whiteboard. Unlike a projector there are no bulbs to replace, no shadows when you stand in front of it, and the image stays bright in a normally lit room. The H3C MagicHub panels we supply also add 20-point touch, a 13MP camera and an 8-microphone array, so the same screen runs your video calls.

As a rule of thumb: 65" suits meeting rooms and classrooms of up to about 25 people, 75" is the most popular choice for boardrooms and training rooms up to about 40, and 86" is for large lecture halls, auditoriums and command rooms. The deciding factor is the distance from the screen to the furthest seat. Our engineers measure this during the free site survey and recommend the right size — we would rather size it correctly than sell you a bigger unit.

Yes. The panel runs Android 14 with the conferencing apps installed directly, and the built-in 13MP camera, speakers and 8-array microphone are used as the room hardware. If you standardise on Windows, the optional OPS module turns the panel into a full Windows PC (i5, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD) so it behaves exactly like a desktop in your domain.

Because structured cabling and IT infrastructure are already our core business, the same team handles the wall mounting, power, and network drops in one visit. You get one point of contact for the panel, the cabling and the network behind it.

Yes. Every installation includes hands-on training at handover for the staff who will actually use the panel — teachers, meeting hosts or reception teams. We cover writing and annotation, wireless casting, joining a video call, and saving or sharing the session. Refresher sessions can be added to an Annual Maintenance Contract.

Panels are supplied as genuine H3C stock with the full manufacturer warranty. ArcNet provides the local first line of support from our Dubai office, so you are not dealing with an overseas call centre. Optional Annual Maintenance Contracts cover preventive checks, priority response and on-site fault resolution.

Yes. Every unit ships with a wall mount as standard, and a mobile trolley stand is available as an option — a common choice for schools and training centres that move the panel between rooms. VESA mounting is 500 × 400 mm on the 65", 600 × 400 mm on the 75" and 800 × 400 mm on the 86".
